The goal of this course is to equip master’s students with enough knowledge about financialfinancial management in the context of health services to be successful in their day-to-day managerialmanagerial activities. Only basic math is required (multiply, divide, add, and subtract) along with aa willingness to ask questions and challenge the answers the math provides. Combining the basicbasic mathematical skills, a questioning approach to problem solving, and the concepts/tools gained in in this course students will gain the foundational knowledge needed to consider both “margin“margin and mission”.
