EMU requires all graduate and seminary students enrolled on campus in nine ( 9 ) semester hours or greater to complete the health evaluation form including official documentation of immunizations prior to the beginning of the first semester of enrollment. Any student who fails to furnish the completed history without documented medical or religious/philosophical reasons will not be eligible for registration for a second semester. Non-compliance may lead to further administrative action including possible administrative withdrawal from the university.
