The student will either:

  1.    accept  accept the decision or
  2.    submit  submit an appeal to the respective dean in writing within five (5) working days following notification of the Academic Integrity Violation report. Reasons for the appeal must be clearly stated and based on one of the following:
    1. Significant and relevant new evidence,
    2. Alleged procedural error that may have affected the decision, or
    3. Unduly harsh and arbitrary consequences of the academic integrity violation.

Faculty and staff who violate academic integrity codes are subject to review by the Provost’s provost’s office.

The graduate, seminary, and undergraduate units use this policy for processing academic integrity violations with the exception of student appeal.
