At the end of each semester, the academic record of all students enrolled in six or more semester hours is reviewed by the University Registrar and the Assistant Provost for Student Success according to the following satisfactory academic progress criteria in the table below.

Students previously enrolled on an unconditional readmission status

  1. Students who meet satisfactory academic progress criteria are granted unconditional readmission for the subsequent semester.
  2. Students who do not meet satisfactory academic progress criteria are granted an academic warning for the subsequent semester. Students  Students who are granted a semester of academic warning will be required to meet with the assistant dean during the first week of the semester to review their academic progress as well as the criteria needed to return to good academic standing.warning will be supported by the assistant provost for student success during their  semester of academic warning and will have the opportunity to meet with an academic coach through the Coachlink program. 
  3. Students enrolled in their seventh semester who do not meet the satisfactory academic progress criteria will be denied readmission for the subsequent semester. (Students are denied aid after their seventh semester - federal and institutional - according to federal financial aid regulations.)
