FS 563 Worship I - Spiritually Formative Worship (2 SH)
The course helps students learn how to reflect on and create worship that is intentionally spiritually formative in congregations. We will think together about worship theology, liturgy, communal spiritual formation, the narrative nature of life, reading a congregational context, and tools for evaluating and reflecting on worship. We will also learn practical skills for deigning and leading worship and practically using them.
