At the end of each semester, the academic record of all students enrolled in six or more semester hours is reviewed by the University Registrar and the Assistant Dean associate provost according to the following following satisfactory academic progress criteria criteria in the table below.
The academic review is to be completed and students notified of their readmission status within 30 days after the end of each semester.
