Students combine their research and practical implementation of leadership and organizational theories and concepts in this capstone project. The project examines an area of the student’s aviation occupation or avocation. The student’s project will be written and presented orally to the instructor and cohort learning group.Offered through Lancaster Only offered to LOM students.
