This pass/fail course for MA in Transformation Transformational Leadership (MATL) students contributes to creating a foundation for the student’s personal development and supports the development of the learning community that supports students throughout their time at CJP and beyond. Learning in a community is a key brand differentiator for CJP. This course supports that community process while also supporting each student individually. This online course will include some significant one-on-one coaching from the instructors, as well as small group and class reflection and learning activities. This course will explore themes of identity, vocation, /purpose, community creation and , professional development and leadership.
