- Download and run the PaperCut Mobility Client for Windows
- Accept the license agreement, then click Next
- Select "Royal-Printer" from the list of available printers, then click Next
- Enter your EMU username and password and click Next.
- The Royal Printer is now installed on your computer and you will be able to send print jobs that can be retrieved at any of the copiers on campus.

- Navigate to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners
- Click on the + icon and then "Add Printer or Scanner"
- Select 'royal-printer' (near the bottom of the list).
- Check to confirm that 'Secure AirPrint' is selected under 'Use', before clicking 'Add'
- The Royal Printer is now installed on your computer and you will be able to send print jobs that can be retrieved at any of the copiers on campus. You will be prompted to enter your Royals username and password upon sending a print job.
