Gaming Devices

PlayStation

  1. From the HOME menu, highlight and select the System Settings Icon.
  2. Select "Internet Settings."
  3. Tap "Other Information."
  4. Tap "Confirm MAC Address." Your system's MAC Address will be displayed on the screen.

Streaming Devices

Many streaming devices require that your phone be on the same wireless network when setting up the device. Currently this is not possible and you will not be able to connect your device to wifi.

Roku

  1. On the back on your Roku there are a pair of six 2-digit pairs separated by colons, e.g. 00:0D:0A:1H:3G:5C. ...
  2. Alternatively, from the Roku home screen, select Settings > Network > locate the value next to "Wireless MAC Address"

Fire Stick

To find the IP or Wireless MAC Address on an Amazon Fire Stick or Puck, simply go to Settings>System>About>Network. 

Chromecast

To locate the IP address and MAC address for your Chromecast, openthe Google Home app on an Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad. After opening the app, follow these instructions: Tap "Devices" at thetop of the screen. Locate the desired Chromecast.

Echo

The wireless MAC address for your Echo can be found at the bottom of the Echo Setup screen in the Alexa app.

Google Home

  1. Open Google Home app.
  2. Click upper-left hamburger menu icon.
  3. Click "Devices"
  4. Click upper-right device dot menu for your device.
  5. Select settings.
  6. Find Information header (all the way down)
  7. "MAC Address" should be listed here – Includes letters A-F and numerals 0-9.
