The wireless configuration at Lancaster EMU is fairly straight forward.

In order to connect you'll need to know your network username (three letter initials followed by four numbers e.g. abc1234) and password.

NOTE: Each operating system and computer has a unique configuration for connecting to wireless access points. If built in access configuration prompts do not work successfully, access the instructions for your specific operating system from the links below:

Windows

  1. In the lower right corner click on the wireless icon.
  2. Select EMU from the list of wireless networks and click connect.
  3. Enter your Royal username and password, click OK.
  4. Accept the certificate and finish connecting.

Mac

  1. In the upper right corner click on the wireless icon.
  2. Click the menu and select EMU from the list of wireless networks.
  3. Enter your Royal username and password, click OK.
  4. You may be prompted to allow access to your keychain, we recommend selecting Always Allow.
  5. Click the Show Certificate button, check Always Trust, and click continue.
