Spanish Language and Hispanic Studies Major, PreK-12 Teaching Endorsement

All students seeking licensure to teach must follow the procedures for admission to teacher education and to student teaching

This program will prepare students to teach Spanish by instructing them in the standards of the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Language (ACTFL). Teacher candidates must comply with all teacher education requirements listed in the education section. Students must complete the major in Spanish and the courses below.

These courses must be passed with a grade of C or better.
