Appstream: Accessibility Features

Appstream offers several accessibility features to help with usability and viewing.

Multiple Monitors

Users with multiple monitors have the option to use Appstream on multiple monitors.

Full Screen

To enable full screen mode click on the icon that looks like an "X" with arrow ends at the corners.  This will fill the screen with the Appstream desktop.

To exit full screen mode press the ESC key on your keyboard.



Copy From / Paste To (Text Only)

Users can copy and paste text between the local desktop and Appstream desktop

Copy From

This features allows you to copy text from the Appstream desktop and paste on your local desktop.

  1. Start by selecting the text on the Appstream desktop you want to copy.

  2. Perform the copy action (Ctrl+C or right click and select copy)

  3. Go to your local desktop or local app and perform the paste action (Crtl+V or right click and select paste) 

Paste To

This features allows you to copy text from your local desktop and paste on your Appstream desktop.

  1. Start by selecting the text on the local desktop you want to copy.

  2. Perform the copy action (Ctrl+C or right click and select copy)

  3. Go to your Appstream desktop or Appstream app and perform the paste action (Crtl+V or right click and select paste)
