This professional field experience is designed to give prospective teachers experience with exceptional persons through a concentrated 2 1/2-week (6-8 hours a day) placement in a school or community setting. Allows students to experience the demands and changing nature of the learning environment from their morning arrival to the end of a school or work day. Grading is on a pass/fail basis.
