The major in Associates of Arts in Business Administration, leading to an associate's degree (60 credits), utilizes a workforce development model to equip students with a robust academic foundation and promotes workforce marketability. Students must achieve a grade of C- or better in each course, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater.

The AABA program consists of a cohort-based model and is designed to be administered fully online. Throughout each course of study, students will gain the necessary skills to increase professional development and employment opportunities. Following completion of the program, students will have acquired the academic requirements to advance to a Bachelor's level program.
