Sabbaticals are available to tenured faculty, librarians and coaches who meet eligibility requirements. A faculty member on long-term contract shall normally be eligible for a sabbatical leave in the second year of the six-year contract. Persons on pre-tenure contracts are not eligible for sabbaticals. A tenured faculty member on long-term contract is eligible for subsequent sabbaticals in the seventh year of teaching following the previous sabbatical.
