Council administrators represent the various academic programs. Selected issues are processed within programs and faculties. Selected items are approved by the faculty and the president's cabinet.

provost, academic deans, dean of students, associate provost at Lancaster, vp for institutional effectiveness, executive director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and , (vp for finance and president by invitation)
