Vacation pay is eligible for regular administrative or staff employees who are .75 FTE and greater. Vacation will be prorated during the first year of hire and will reflect the employee's FTE load. Employees on an authorized leave of absence or sabbatical do not earn vacation benefits.

Vacation balances cannot be carried over to the next fiscal yearUp to one week of vacation time will be allowed to roll-over into the next fiscal year, which begins on July 1 of each year.  The amount of time will be based upon your current accrual rate..

In the event of notice of termination, vacation time cannot be taken during the last 2 weeks of employment without Supervisor approval. Vacation will not be paid out in the event of termination. All paid leave balances will then be set to 0.
