Course descriptions should come from the registrars office in xml format 
(FIND OUT THE BEST WAY TO GET THE FILES) 

Use the gadget below to convert them into a format you can copy/paste onto the page. 



Open the XML in a text editor. Copy all (control a is keyboard shortcut).

Open this page in edit mode. Click on the XML to Document box above. 

Hit edit. 

Paste the XML info into the box on the right. 

Hit Create Doc.
