D. Assessment Review and Evaluation

The Chemical Hygiene Officer will serve on the Campus Safety Committee which will address the following:

1. Summary of accidents, types and causes (in cooperation with Human Resources).
2. Summary of program deficiencies and recommended corrective actions.
3. Progress in meeting goals established by Safety Committee.
