MFA Troubleshooting

When setting up MFA..

Complete this form to request an MFA code generator. The generator card will be configured specifically for your account and can be picked up at the Helpdesk. Faculty and Staff can use their office phone as an MFA authentication method.

Go to myaccount.microsoft.com. If you have not setup it up, you will be guided through the setup process. 

Follow these instructions to set up the Authenticator app again. If you are still having trouble, complete this form to request assistance.

Enter the passcode for your phone.

If you have already setup MFA:

If you have a new device, follow these instructions to set up the Authenticator app on your new device. If you are still having trouble, complete this form to request assistance.
