Decisions

With the expertise and resources of an outside consultant, develop an updated master plan that aligns available EMU facility resources with the University's new Strategic Plan. To promote said master plan in such a way as to establish support in the way of financial resources. To develop a sustainable plan for maintaining, renewing, and replacing our facility resources as is strategic.
