Space Reservations and Considerations

Find a space

Once you have decided to have an event you will need a space for that event. There are multiple ways to look for spaces on campus. 

  • Look for spaces within your date-range in 25Live (Not every reservation is on the events calendar- so log in to 25Live to look)
  • Contact Auxiliary Services to see what is available
  • The university has a detailed space scheduling policy. Review it if you have questions. 

Make the reservations

  • Use 25Live to make reservations (Here are basic instructions for making reservations)
  • To reserve multiple spaces or link reservations talk with Auxiliary Services
  • Don't forget to reserve set-up and tear down time if you need it. 

Keeping Reservations up-to-date

  • If you're conference is bigger or smaller than you originally planned be sure to update reservations and cancel or add rooms in 25Live as necessary
  • Giving a reasonably accurate estimate in "headcount" is helpful for custodial staff and facilities to make sure they have staffing for clean up.
