Set-up and Tear Down

Work orders need to be placed with TMA for set-up and tear down. These are separate from room reservations. 

Review the set-up policy

Important things to remember

  • Include food tables in your set-up instructions (talk to Bruce about what he needs)
  • Give time for decorating if you need to do that
  • Be aware of occupancy levels. Ask Auxiliary if you're unsure
  • You will be charged for set-up and tear down. There is a self-service sheet for small events if you want to set them up yourself.
