Set-up and Tear Down
Work orders need to be placed with TMA for set-up and tear down. These are separate from room reservations.
Important things to remember
- Include food tables in your set-up instructions (talk to Bruce about what he needs)
- Give time for decorating if you need to do that
- Be aware of occupancy levels. Ask Auxiliary if you're unsure
- You will be charged for set-up and tear down. There is a self-service sheet for small events if you want to set them up yourself.
