The EMU Mail Room is located on the main floor of the Campus Center (Room 106) and provides a wide range of postal services to students, faculty, and staff. Postage stamps and USPS mail - as well as shipping via UPS, FedEx, and DHL - are available.

Mailbox Information:

Each undergraduate student is provided with a campus mailbox which is used for on-campus as well as incoming USPS mail. Mailboxes are assigned at the beginning of the school year each August. New students and transfers for the second semester receive their mailbox assignments in January. Mailbox numbers and combinations can  be found by following these steps:

  1. Login to MyEMU
  2. Choose Directory from the menu (on a mobile device, scroll down on the menu to see all options)
  3. Click the My Personal Information button/tab
  4. Scroll down to find your mailbox number and combination information

Please stop by our window if you need assistance opening your box for the first time.

Use of Mail Room for Mailing Chain Letters or Inappropriate Surveys

The Campus Mail Room will not deliver chain letters, unauthorized surveys (not for coursework), or any other mailings that are considered wasteful of time and materials. Permission for questionable mailings must be obtained from the Mail Services supervisor and from the vice president for student life. Mailings with no sender’s name on them will be discarded.
