The history and social science major provides a broad understanding of the world today and skills in research, writing, and analysis. This multidisciplinary major introduces students to economics, sociology, geography, and psychology, with more concentrated content in history and political science. It can be combined with a teaching endorsement (grades 6-12) for those wishing to pursue secondary education social studies teaching.Â
